RAP4 has interested me since I first saw it a few years ago. It is not practical for either paintball or airsoft because: you either replace 'gas' tanks often or you run a remote hose to a larger supply; you're limited to a lower mag capacity than other players; you need the shells, and you're likely to have to either pick up all those shells or use a brass catcher.
I too think a RAP would be a very fun toy, but for airsoft I'd rather just have a standard aeg with a hicap. As far as if it is worth the money, no. You can buy a ridiculously upgraded aeg for $550.00 plus shipping and 'manditory' accessory costs. |
